We do not accept returns on custom products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damage during shipping will be taken up with the shipping company by me, please send pictures of the damage to avoid a return rate and to ensure I can get you a replacement as quick as possible.
Refunds
No refunds, Bookings for photo / video shoots may be rescheduled but never canceled.
