Pro Luster has a little bit of a sheen to it, while matte wont reflect any lights making the photo always visible. Luster will also keep blacks true, the matte paper likes to soften/lighten the blacks, almost like a faded look.
The higher the quality of the upload, the higher the quality of the printed photo.

I was introduced to this company at a show here in ohio. Let me say that this is the coolest thing to have at a carshow. Print your favorite pictures while sitting at the event. They were extremely helpful and went over the details and looked at possible photos to print. The show ended up finishing before I could make it to their booth and they sent them asap the next day. Hands down will be shopping through them again.
